Our suite of 6061 Aluminum battery boxes features a strong but slim design considering the chronically tight tolerances we often encounter when performing an EV conversion. The patented modular design approach enables an increase or decrease in size, vertically or horizontally, to accommodate endless battery configurations.
Standard options include your choice of Tesla Model S/X 4.5, 5.3 or 6.4kWh modules, main fuse, sealed HV connectors, and bulkhead coolant connectors. With the addition of an isolated component mounting shelf, almost anything can be included such as the BMS, main contactors, HV disconnect switch, and DC-DC converter.
